At Level 10 Fitness, you won’t find a bland exercise routine of backs and biceps followed by chest and triceps or 30 boring minutes on the treadmill! Much more than just another Ann Arbor gym, HRCF is a fitness facility that grew from a passion to see lives changed.

With training and experience gained in Northern California and overseas, Director of Training Will Hinkson has created an explosive fitness program designed to maximize results. Through strength training, traditional and Olympic weightlifting, and aerobic conditioning, our high intensity workouts help boost your energy levels, lose weight, and build lean muscle.

Our small group classes are capped at 14, to ensure each member gets the individualized attention they need to perform the movements safely and effectively. The workouts are engaging, challenging, and will push you farther than you thought possible!

We believe fitness is for EVERYONE! From beginners to elite athletes, teens to seniors, our dynamic training programs are scalable to fit your fitness level, in a way that will get you results FAST.
